LITTLE MOLLY – A DONEGAL REBEL WITH A CAUSE IN MAYO

first_imgIs this the bravest Donegal supporter in Mayo?Little Molly O’Reilly, 3, was just two weeks old when she moved to Achill in 2009.But she has stuck loyally to mum Mairead’s Donegal roots. This week when the other pupils at her playschool Naionra Naomh Sheosaimh, Bunacurry in Achill Island were painting Mayo flags, Molly was busy painting the green and gold of Donegal. Her mum is Mairead and her Garda dad is Martin O’Reilly. Not even Molly’s older brother Oran, 6, who is a loyal Mayo supporter, can change her mind.Mum Mairead, who is originally from Cullion Road in Letterkenny, said she is so proud of Molly’s support of Jim McGuinness and the Donegal team. “I’m just delighted that she is supporting who she wants to support. Needless to say the fun is great in our house with both flags flying.“My parents Brian and Myra Grieve are as proud as punch of their wee Donegal grand-daughter living in Achill,” said Mairead. LITTLE MOLLY – A DONEGAL REBEL WITH A CAUSE IN MAYO was last modified: September 23rd, 2012 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)last_img
